I grew up on a little farm in Glengarry County, South Eastern Ontario, where my Scottish family settled around 1802.   The unspoiled beauty of the area inspired me from a very young age and slow days spent on the tractor fostered a communion with the landscape.   I had ample time to really absorb the details, the different atmospheric conditions and the voice of the landscape.  Hope you like my translations.
